How do I opt in?
During the checkout process you will be offered the option to opt-in to our Extended Terms and Conditions of Refund: The visual presentation may differ depending on the device you are using (Desk PC, Tablet,Mobile). In order to opt-in to these additional benefits, review the added cost which is shown in the top right and select the "Refundable purchase" option by clicking the button in the top left of the green band.
If you prefer not to enhance your cancellation rights for a 100% refund under the circumstances covered by the extension, or do not wish to pay the additional fee, please select the 'Proceed on our standard Terms of Sale without extra cancellation rights' option.

The delivery of refunds claimed under our extended Terms and Conditions is administered by our Agent EOS Claims LLP, so our normal customer service team will not be able to assist with any questions regarding Extended Terms and Conditions of refund.

What else should I know?
Our extended Terms and Conditions of refund are additional to your existing rights under consumer law and purchase dispute via your payment card issuer. Our extended Terms and Conditions provide valuable additional protection against events that you may face that stop you using your purchased bookings that are not open to compensation of refund under standard rights of refund or where your purchase is marked non-refundable by the event supplier or organiser in the event of non-attendance.
